30 minutes. What you have built, what you want next, and what we are working on.

Practical exercise
A small, paid, realistic task in your own time. No whiteboard puzzles or trick questions.

Deep dive
We walk through your exercise together and talk about how you would approach the role.

Offer
A decision within a week of the deep dive. We tell you either way.
