How does the free trial work?+
You get 14 days free on the plan you pick. We ask for a card when you sign up, but nothing is charged until day 15 — cancel from Settings → Billing before then and you pay nothing. There is no free-forever plan.
Where is my data stored?+
Supabase EU region (eu-west-2 — London). All workspace data is row-level-isolated and encrypted at rest. UK GDPR + EU GDPR compliant.
Can I delete a customer's data?+
Yes — every lead has a per-record Erase (Article 17) action that redacts PII across emails, chats, notes, and comments. The audit log records the request.
Can a customer get a copy of their data (DSAR)?+
Yes — every lead has a DSAR download button (Article 15) that produces a JSON archive of everything we hold about them.
Which lead sources can you sync?+
Meta Lead Ads (Facebook + Instagram), Google Lead Form Extensions, TikTok Lead Generation, your own web forms via embed code, and any inbound webhook (Zapier, Make, n8n).
Can I bring my own AI keys?+
Yes. On any plan, paste your Anthropic / OpenAI / Google AI keys and we route requests through them — bypassing our credit cap. Keys are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest.
Does Nexelead replace my email provider?+
No — we connect to your existing Gmail or Outlook via OAuth. Sent emails go from your address; inbox replies sync back into Nexelead for context.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Your workspace is scheduled for deletion after a 7-day grace window. Restore at any time during the grace window. After purge, all data is permanently removed.
Do you offer onboarding help?+
Yes — every plan can book a 30-minute setup call after sign-up.
